Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide through two trusted production and fulfillment partners — Gelato and BookVault. Your order is produced as close as possible to your delivery address, reducing shipping distances, costs, and environmental impact.
Who are your fulfillment partners?
Gelato handles production and shipping for apparel, accessories, and printed goods through over 140 facilities in 32 countries. BookVault handles all book printing and fulfillment from production centers in the United Kingdom, United States, and Australia.
Are shipping costs included in the price?
No. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address, ensuring fair and transparent costs.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For books fulfilled by BookVault: 5–10 business days depending on your region (UK, US, or Australia fulfillment). For other products fulfilled by Gelato: 10–14 business days including production time. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your region and product type.
How are products packaged?
Books are securely packaged by BookVault to prevent damage during transit. All other items are packaged by Gelato's local production partners. Canvases and framed prints arrive ready to hang. Apparel and accessories are delivered in protective eco-friendly packaging.
Where are your products made?
All items are made to order. Books are printed at the nearest BookVault facility to your shipping address — UK, US, or Australia. Other products are produced at the nearest Gelato facility to your delivery address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can monitor your order from production to delivery.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we offer Standard Shipping only, which ensures global consistency and reliability.
My shipment is late — what should I do?
Check your tracking details for updates. If there is no update, contact us at contact@jfklovlien.com with your order number and tracking number. We will follow up with the relevant fulfillment partner on your behalf.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we only replace products that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives with an issue, contact us within 7 days at contact@jfklovlien.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
